Quest'anno il campione ha raggiunto quasi 13.000 casi. I risultati confermano alcune tendenze attese \u2014 e ne aprono di nuove, pi\u00f9 scomode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ai-is-everywhere-just-not-where-we-thought\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L'AI \u00e8 ovunque. Ma non dove pensavamo.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ChatGPT ha superato 900 milioni di utenti attivi settimanali. Gemini ha raggiunto i 750 milioni mensili. OpenAI \u00e8 stata valutata 852 miliardi di dollari nell'ultimo round. I numeri della crescita non lasciano spazio a interpretazioni: l'AI generativa \u00e8 diventata infrastruttura quotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eppure, quando si guarda a come le persone la usano davvero, il quadro \u00e8 meno trionfale. Il primo use case per volume? Terapia e supporto emotivo \u2014 per il secondo anno consecutivo, con una crescita dal 5% all'11% del dataset totale. Il secondo? Risoluzione di problemi tecnici. Indica il pensiero pigro, approssimativo, che si genera quando si delega all'AI non solo l'esecuzione di un compito, ma la fase di elaborazione che precede il compito stesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il meccanismo \u00e8 sottile. Si apre il chatbot prima ancora di aver formulato con chiarezza cosa si vuole ottenere. Si accetta il primo output senza verificarlo. Si smette di scrivere \u2014 e con questo, si smette di pensare, perch\u00e9 scrivere \u00e8 pensare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un utente citato nello studio lo descrive in modo diretto: aveva smesso di usare il linguaggio in modo attivo, affidandosi all'AI per ogni testo. Il risultato? Fatica crescente a costruire ragionamenti propri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'\u00e8 anche il problema dell'adulazione algor\u00edtmica: i modelli sono ottimizzati per mantenere l'utente coinvolto, non per dirgli la verit\u00e0. Chi cerca conferma trova conferma. Chi vuole un interlocutore critico deve costruirsi attivamente quel ruolo \u2014 e quasi nessuno lo fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La buona notizia: l'AI usata come sparring partner, per smontare argomenti, individuare punti deboli, esplorare controargomenti \u2014 produce l'effetto opposto. Affila il pensiero invece di sostituirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"in-business-a-lot-of-noise-few-transformative-results\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In azienda: molto rumore, pochi risultati trasformativi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sul fronte business, lo studio \u00e8 onesto: la maggior parte dell'attivit\u00e0 AI in azienda produce benefici marginali, non salti di paradigma. Le persone usano l'AI per velocizzare processi esistenti \u2014 riassumere note, produrre prime bozze, sintetizzare dati per le presentazioni. Utile. Ma lontano dalla trasformazione promessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quello che colpisce \u00e8 la diffusione dell'uso \"in shadow\": molti dipendenti usano l'AI senza dirlo ai propri manager, perch\u00e9 le politiche aziendali sono vaghe o restrittive, o perch\u00e9 temono di sembrare disonesti. Uno dei casi citati racconta di un developer che ha automatizzato il 50% del suo lavoro in autonomia, dopo che il management aveva rifiutato la sua proposta formale. Ha tenuto tutto per s\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le iniziative top-down faticano. Quelle bottom-up proliferano, ma restano invisibili e non scalano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dove l'AI produce risultati misurabili in ambito commerciale \u2014 lo studio cita campagne email con personalizzazione AI che generano tra il 20 e il 30% di lift sui tassi di conversione \u2014 l'impatto \u00e8 reale.
