Gli Stati Uniti hanno investito <strong>285,9 miliardi di dollari<\/strong> \u2014 circa 23 volte i <strong>12,4 miliardi della Cina<\/strong>. I grandi <strong>hyperscaler<\/strong> (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Oracle) hanno <strong>raddoppiato la spesa in infrastrutture<\/strong> dal lancio di ChatGPT. Il valore generato per i consumatori americani ha raggiunto <strong>172 miliardi di dollari annui<\/strong>, con il valore mediano per utente <strong>triplicato in un solo anno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La percentuale di organizzazioni che hanno raggiunto <strong>una piena integrazione a scala<\/strong> rimane per\u00f2 nella singola cifra per quasi tutte le funzioni aziendali. Contestualmente, <strong>i ruoli entry-level<\/strong> negli stessi settori stanno calando. I developer software tra i 22 e i 25 anni negli USA sono diminuiti di quasi il <strong>20%<\/strong> rispetto al 2024. <strong>Un terzo delle organizzazioni<\/strong> prevede riduzioni di organico nel prossimo anno, soprattutto in operations, supply chain e software engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'\u00e8 un rischio meno visibile da monitorare: il <strong>cosiddetto \"learning penalty\"<\/strong> . I professionisti junior che si affidano intensivamente all'IA sviluppano competenze tecniche pi\u00f9 lentamente. Nel breve termine producono di pi\u00f9; nel medio termine rischiano <strong>di avere lacune strutturali<\/strong>. \u00c8 un <strong>problema di pipeline<\/strong> del talento che si costruisce in silenzio e si manifesta con ritardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La produttivit\u00e0 aggregata tende a seguire una <strong>J-curve<\/strong>: le organizzazioni attraversano prima un periodo di costi e frizione legati all'adozione, prima che i benefici si materializzino nei dati complessivi. Capire dove un sistema \u00e8 affidabile \u2014 e dove no \u2014 \u00e8 diventato una <strong>competenza di management<\/strong> , prima ancora che tecnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il report introduce il <strong>framework delle \"Centaur Evaluations\"<\/strong> : misurare la performance combinata di un essere umano e un sistema IA che lavorano insieme, piuttosto che la performance dell'IA in isolamento. \u00c8 una metrica pi\u00f9 vicina all'utilit\u00e0 reale in contesti aziendali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"agents-are-advancing-security-is-holding-back-the-leap\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gli agenti avanzano, la sicurezza frena il salto<\/strong><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gli agenti IA<\/strong> hanno fatto un balzo significativo: l'accuratezza sui <strong>benchmark di utilizzo del computer<\/strong> \u00e8 passata dal <strong>12% al 66%<\/strong> in un anno. L'interesse organizzativo \u00e8 alto. <strong>Eppure il 62% dei dirigenti<\/strong> cita <strong>la sicurezza e la gestione del rischio<\/strong> come ostacolo primario alla piena implementazione. Il divario tra sperimentazione e scala reale rimane ampio.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"two-structural-vulnerabilities-worth-bringing-to-the-boardroom\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Due vulnerabilit\u00e0 strutturali da portare in sala consiglio<\/strong><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La dipendenza da TSMC.<\/strong> Praticamente ogni chip IA di frontiera viene fabbricato da un'unica fonderia a Taiwan. L'intera catena del valore globale dell'IA \u00e8 concentrata su un singolo punto geografico. A questo si aggiunge la dipendenza dalla <strong>memoria ad alta larghezza di banda (HBM)<\/strong>, dominata da tre soli produttori: SK Hynix, Samsung e Micron.<strong>I dati di addestramento si esauriscono.<\/strong> I testi di alta qualit\u00e0 disponibili pubblicamente per addestrare i modelli si proiettano verso l'esaurimento <strong>tra il 2026 e il 2032<\/strong>. Le organizzazioni che possiedono <strong>dati proprietari curati<\/strong> \u2014 e sanno come valorizzarli \u2014 stanno costruendo un <strong>vantaggio competitivo strutturale<\/strong> difficilmente replicabile. Il <strong>mercato delle licenze<\/strong> su dati proprietari si sta gi\u00e0 muovendo in questa direzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-governance-picture\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Il quadro sulla governance<\/strong><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le strutture formali <strong>di oversight interno sull'IA sono cresciute del 17%<\/strong> nel 2025. Gli ostacoli principali all'implementazione rimangono: <strong>gap di conoscenza e formazione (59%)<\/strong>, <strong>vincoli di budget (48%)<\/strong>, incertezza <strong>regolatoria (41%)<\/strong>. Gli incidenti documentati <strong>legati all'IA sono saliti<\/strong> da <strong>233 nel 2024 a 362 nel 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sul piano regolatorio, l'UE ha attivato le prime disposizioni dell' <strong>AI Act<\/strong> nel 2025.
