Gli \u201chigh performer\u201d mostrano la via<\/a>\n\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#impacts-on-work-and-risk-management-new-skills-and-growing-awareness\">Impatti sul lavoro e gestione del rischio: tra nuove skill e consapevolezza crescente<\/a>\n\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#conclusion-those-who-truly-want-to-compete-can-no-longer-wait\">Conclusione: chi vuole davvero competere non pu\u00f2 pi\u00f9 aspettare<\/a>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>Il 2025 ha segnato un\u2019accelerazione importante nell\u2019adozione dell\u2019intelligenza artificiale da parte delle aziende.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Ma se da un lato cresce la diffusione dell\u2019AI nelle funzioni operative, dall\u2019altro emerge un dato chiave: la maggior parte delle imprese \u00e8 ancora ferma alla fase di sperimentazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 quanto rivela il nuovo report McKinsey <strong>\u201cThe State of AI in 2025: Agents, Innovation, and Transformation\u201d,<\/strong> che offre una fotografia aggiornata del percorso delle aziende nell\u2019integrazione dell\u2019AI e nell\u2019estrazione di valore strategico.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ai-adoption-a-step-forward-but-not-yet-a-full-run\"><strong>Adozione AI: un passo avanti\u2026 ma non ancora una corsa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Secondo McKinsey, <strong>l\u201988% delle aziende<\/strong> oggi utilizza regolarmente l\u2019AI almeno in una funzione, un salto netto rispetto al 78% registrato l\u2019anno scorso. Gli \u201chigh performer\u201d mostrano la via<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>McKinsey identifica un gruppo di aziende che si distingue nettamente: quelle che attribuiscono all\u2019AI almeno il 5% del loro EBIT e ne traggono \u201cvalore significativo\u201d. Sono tre volte pi\u00f9 propensi a usare l\u2019AI per guidare una trasformazione radicale.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ridefinizione dei workflow<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Queste aziende non si limitano ad automatizzare, ma ripensano i processi alla radice, integrando l\u2019AI nei flussi di lavoro e nei sistemi decisionali.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership attiva e visione strategica<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Gli high performer sono tre volte pi\u00f9 propensi a dichiarare un forte commitment da parte dei vertici aziendali, che promuovono l\u2019uso dell\u2019AI con coerenza e trasparenza.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investimenti importanti<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Un terzo di queste aziende destina oltre il 20% del budget digitale all\u2019AI, contro appena il 7% delle altre.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avanzamento nell\u2019uso degli agenti<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Sono tre volte pi\u00f9 avanti nella scalabilit\u00e0 degli agenti rispetto alla media: molte li impiegano in pi\u00f9 funzioni operative, a supporto continuo del lavoro umano.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adozione delle best practice del modello Rewired<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Strategia, governance, dati, modelli operativi e formazione: le aziende vincenti non lasciano nulla al caso e adottano approcci robusti per integrare l\u2019AI in modo sostenibile. Un elemento chiave \u00e8 la pratica \u201cHuman-in-the-loop\u201d, per decidere quando l\u2019intervento umano \u00e8 necessario per validare o supervisionare l\u2019output dei modelli.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impacts-on-work-and-risk-management-new-skills-and-growing-awareness\"><strong>Impatti sul lavoro e gestione del rischio: tra nuove skill e consapevolezza crescente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Il report McKinsey non si limita a valutare l\u2019impatto economico: esplora anche come l\u2019AI sta influenzando la forza lavoro e il modo in cui le aziende gestiscono i nuovi rischi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>43% <\/strong>delle aziende non prevede grandi cambiamenti nella forza lavoro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>32%<\/strong> si aspetta una riduzione, mentre il 13% prevede un aumento<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La domanda di competenze AI \u00e8 in aumento: le figure pi\u00f9 richieste sono software e data engineer, con una tendenza pi\u00f9 marcata nelle aziende di grandi dimensioni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sul fronte dei rischi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Oggi le aziende gestiscono in media 4 rischi AI, rispetto ai 2 del 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>51% <\/strong>ha gi\u00e0 sperimentato effetti negativi legati all\u2019AI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il problema pi\u00f9 comune? L\u2019inesattezza dei risultati, seguita da problemi di compliance e propriet\u00e0 intellettuale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u201ctop performer\u201d, pur pi\u00f9 esposti, sono anche pi\u00f9 capaci di mitigare i rischi: la gestione strutturata dell\u2019AI (inclusi auditing e validazione) fa la differenza.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusion-those-who-truly-want-to-compete-can-no-longer-wait\"><strong>Conclusione: chi vuole davvero competere non pu\u00f2 pi\u00f9 aspettare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>McKinsey chiude con una metafora efficace:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>\u201cSe l\u2019adozione dell\u2019AI fosse una maratona, molte aziende sono appena arrivate alla partenza. Hanno le scarpe giuste (gli strumenti), ma devono ancora cambiare stile di corsa (i processi), assumere un coach (leadership attiva) e costruire una strategia per completare la gara in modo competitivo.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per chi guida l\u2019innovazione nelle aziende, il messaggio \u00e8 chiaro: non basta testare l\u2019AI. Occorre integrarla in modo sistemico, strategico, responsabile.
