Efficientamento tramite Monitoraggio e Ottimizzazione<\/a>\n\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><a href=\"#goals-what-impact-does-aisrec-aim-to-generate\">Obiettivi: quale impatto vuole generare A.I.S.R.E.C.<\/a>\n\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#a-roadmap-to-the-future-of-energy\">Una roadmap verso il futuro dell\u2019energia<\/a>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Nel contesto attuale, in cui sostenibilit\u00e0, transizione energetica e partecipazione comunitaria diventano leve strategiche per il futuro, nasce A.I.S.R.E.C. : un progetto innovativo che porta l\u2019Intelligenza Artificiale al centro della creazione, gestione e diffusione delle Comunit\u00e0 Energetiche Rinnovabili (CER).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Innovazione Collaborativa<br>Neodata Group<\/strong>, in collaborazione con<strong> M2D Technologies<\/strong> e <strong>Consorzio Cometa<\/strong>, ha sviluppato una piattaforma cloud-native SaaS che integra AI generativa, machine learning, microservizi e soluzioni per la governance, al servizio di enti pubblici, aziende e cittadini nell\u2019ambito della sostenibilit\u00e0 energetica.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-aisrec\"><strong>Cos'\u00e8 A.I.S.R.E.C.?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>A.I.S.R.E.C. (<em>Artificial Intelligence System for Renewable Energy Communities<\/em>) nasce dalla collaborazione tra Neodata Group,  M2D Technologies e  Cometa nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019Ecosistema NODES (Nord Ovest Digitale e Sostenibile). Il progetto ha dato vita a una piattaforma cloud-native, multi-tenant e full SaaS, basata su microservizi orchestrati con Kubernetes, con tre obiettivi chiave:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Democratizzare l\u2019accesso alle CER<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Semplificare burocrazia e gestione<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Massimizzare l\u2019efficienza energetica attraverso l\u2019AI<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Al centro del progetto ci sono modelli di intelligenza artificiale: Large Language Models (LLM) per la generazione e gestione documentale, e algoritmi di machine learning per previsione, ottimizzazione e analisi energetica.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cer-as-a-service-a-complete-operational-model\"><strong>CER as a Service: un modello operativo completo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Le Comunit\u00e0 Energetiche Rinnovabili (CER) sono associazioni tra cittadini, imprese, enti pubblici o altre organizzazioni che decidono di produrre, consumare e condividere localmente energia da fonti rinnovabili. Sono uno degli strumenti chiave della transizione energetica: permettono di abbattere i costi, ridurre l\u2019impatto ambientale e rendere il cittadino protagonista del cambiamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il cuore del progetto \u00e8 la realizzazione di un modello <strong>\u201cCER as a Service\u201d<\/strong> : un\u2019infrastruttura flessibile, replicabile e pronta all\u2019uso, che consente di creare, simulare, monitorare e ottimizzare una Comunit\u00e0 Energetica con strumenti intelligenti e automatizzati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A.I.S.R.E.C. accompagna l\u2019intero ciclo di vita di una Comunit\u00e0 Energetica Rinnovabile, attraverso tre filoni fondamentali:<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-onboarding-and-simulation-knowledge-amp-awareness\">1. <strong>On\u2011boarding e Simulazione (Conoscenza &amp; Diffusione)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<p>All\u2019avvio di una CER servono analisi di fattibilit\u00e0, valutazioni economiche, stime ambientali. A.I.S.R.E.C. offre microservizi che supportano la decisione in queste fasi, consentendo simulazioni su dati storici o sintetici per stimare benefici economici, impatto ambientale e tempi di rientro degli investimenti. Inoltre, contribuisce a diffondere la cultura delle energie rinnovabili tra cittadini, istituzioni e imprese.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-administrative-and-contractual-documentation-via-generative-ai\">2. <strong>Documentazione amministrativa e contrattuale tramite AI Generativa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<p>Per far s\u00ec che gli adempimenti burocratici non diventino un ostacolo, il sistema integra modelli LLM e tecniche di Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Ci\u00f2 significa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>ricerca semantica e interpretativa in documenti normativi e certificati<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>generazione automatica, su misura, di documenti come statuti, contratti, report energetici o prospetti economici<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>affidabilit\u00e0 e trasparenza garantite dalla formazione su fonti certificate per evitare errori o distorsioni informative<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-optimization-through-monitoring-and-aidriven-insights\">3. <strong>Efficientamento tramite Monitoraggio e Ottimizzazione<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n<p>Questa parte si occupa delle operazioni quotidiane, per massimizzare l\u2019efficienza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>algoritmi predittivi (machine learning) per stimare produzione e domanda<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>individuare inefficienze tramite analisi dati energetici raccolti<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gestione intelligente del carico (load\u2010management), inclusa logica di utilizzo degli accumulatori<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modulo per il calcolo automatico e trasparente degli incentivi, secondo la normativa nazionale (GSE, TIAD, MASE, etc.)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"goals-what-impact-does-aisrec-aim-to-generate\"><strong>Obiettivi: quale impatto vuole generare A.I.S.R.E.C.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L'obiettivo generale del progetto \u00e8 fungere da acceleratore alla creazione e alla gestione efficiente delle CER. La finalit\u00e0 \u00e8 promuovere l'uso delle energie rinnovabili a livello comunitario, minimizzando l'impatto ambientale, tutelando la salute pubblica e rispettando i diritti delle comunit\u00e0 locali <strong>(in linea con il principio DNSH -<\/strong> Do No Significant Harm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo fa attraverso il suo impatto dal punto di vista:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scientifico e tecnologico<\/strong>: contribuendo allo sviluppo e all\u2019applicazione di tecnologie AI\/ML in ambito energetico distribuito; innovazione nella gestione e condivisione di energia collettiva.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Economico<\/strong>: abbattendo i costi per gli utenti; maggiore efficacia degli incentivi; creazione di nuovi servizi per PMI nei comparti dell\u2019energia rinnovabile.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ambientale e sociale<\/strong>: riducendo le emissioni di CO\u2082; dipendenza minore da fonti fossili; aumento della consapevolezza ambientale; partecipazione attiva dei cittadini; promozione del principio Do No Significant Harm (DNSH).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ambizione del progetto va oltre lo sviluppo tecnologico: A.I.S.R.E.C. vuole essere un acceleratore per la diffusione reale e sostenibile delle CER. Alcuni dei suoi obiettivi SMART (Specifici, Misurabili, Raggiungibili, Rilevanti, Temporali) riguardano il miglioramento dell\u2019efficienza nella gestione dei carichi energetici, la riduzione degli sprechi energetici e l\u2019aumento dell\u2019utilizzo delle fonti rinnovabili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esempio di utilizzo: <\/strong>Simulazione di <em>un utente prosumer<\/em> (cede ed richiede energia dalla rete in base alle sue necessit\u00e0) che decide di non utilizzare batterie ma fare 50% di auto-consumo e 50% dalla rete, l\u2019energia rimanente la reimmette in rete.
