Perch\u00e9 adottare l\u2019AI non basta. Il futuro appartiene a chi <strong>sapr\u00e0 ripensare processi, formare le persone e trasformare la tecnologia in vantaggio competitivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"1-high-adoption-unevenly-distributed\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. L\u2019adozione \u00e8 alta, ma diseguale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Manager e leader aziendali hanno tassi di utilizzo superiori all\u2019 <strong>85%<\/strong>, mentre i frontline employees sono fermi al <strong>51%<\/strong>.
