Tra le aree di applicazione pi\u00f9 diffuse troviamo marketing e vendite, sviluppo di prodotti e servizi, customer service e ingegneria del software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fare da protagonista, al momento, \u00e8 la produzione di contenuti: testi, immagini, video e musica generati dall\u2019AI stanno ridefinendo il modo in cui comunichiamo e creiamo. Non \u00e8 un caso che l\u2019ultimo modello di generazione di immagini di OpenAI abbia conquistato i social, grazie alle sue sorprendenti capacit\u00e0 creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma la vera forza della GenAI va ben oltre la content creation. Dietro la generazione automatica di contenuti, si nasconde un potenziale ancora pi\u00f9 ampio, fatto di strumenti capaci di affrontare problemi di business complessi, ottimizzare processi e supportare decisioni strategiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo articolo esploriamo le applicazioni meno note, ma altrettanto rivoluzionarie, dell\u2019intelligenza artificiale generativa.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-are-people-using-genai-today\"><strong>Come viene utilizzata oggi la GenAI dagli utenti?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Uno studio condotto su migliaia di post pubblicati su Reddit e Quora ha fatto emergere un aspetto interessante dell\u2019adozione dell\u2019IA generativa: il suo utilizzo va ben oltre l\u2019ambiente di lavoro. Sempre pi\u00f9 persone ricorrono a questa tecnologia come strumento personale, capace di semplificare la vita quotidiana, rispondere a dubbi, stimolare la creativit\u00e0 o anche solo offrire compagnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il grafico, che classifica i <strong>100 casi d\u2019uso pi\u00f9 frequenti<\/strong> in sei grandi categorie, mostra chiaramente come GenAI venga utilizzata anche per attivit\u00e0 non professionali. Temi come il supporto personale, l\u2019apprendimento, la creativit\u00e0 e il divertimento raccolgono numerosi casi d\u2019uso che raccontano un rapporto sempre pi\u00f9 confidenziale tra le persone e l\u2019intelligenza artificiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il valore di questo fenomeno non \u00e8 solo tecnico, ma anche sociale. L\u2019intelligenza artificiale generativa sta diventando una tecnologia trasversale, accessibile e inclusiva, capace di supportare ogni tipo di utente, a prescindere dal livello di competenza o ruolo professionale. Oggi \u00e8 particolarmente presente nello sviluppo software, nella scrittura tecnica e in tutte quelle mansioni che richiedono analisi, produzione di contenuti o automazione di task complessi. Non a caso, <strong>oltre il 36%<\/strong> delle professioni utilizza l\u2019IA in almeno un quarto delle attivit\u00e0 lavorative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno studio di Anthropic, basato sull\u2019analisi delle conversazioni degli utenti di Claude, ci offre uno spaccato molto interessante su quali settori stanno adottando di pi\u00f9 questa tecnologia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal grafico emerge chiaramente che i professionisti dei settori legati all\u2019informatica e alla matematica sono in testa: rappresentano<strong> solo il 3,4%<\/strong> dei lavoratori statunitensi, ma generano <strong>il 37,2%<\/strong> delle conversazioni con l\u2019IA. Un dato impressionante, che conferma quanto questi ruoli siano all\u2019avanguardia nell'integrazione dell\u2019intelligenza artificiale nei processi quotidiani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXeHWIEGlDWAaYFBJEVAGArPMB_-sB1JN615Cd9Lpi7pTgDCZpep84pNX7r5tlE6q3wFTNPrrZoNAIeQRxecqfl0rUpWdZ4XBVfy7A1WvsHfeGp671n-BPQxi0odr3Hk4lN7kV5FNQ?key=glAhpX0T96-4QyyYC06UaJSx\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:622px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche settori come marketing, arte, design, media e intrattenimento mostrano una forte adozione, rappresentando il 10,3% delle conversazioni IA a fronte di appena <strong>l\u20191,4% della forza lavoro<\/strong>. \u00c8 un segnale chiaro: dove c\u2019\u00e8 bisogno di creativit\u00e0, rapidit\u00e0 e generazione di idee, l\u2019IA trova terreno fertile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E chi la usa meno? Molti lavori manuali o legati al servizio fisico \u2013 come l\u2019agricoltura, le pulizie, la sicurezza o il supporto alla persona \u2013 mostrano ancora una penetrazione molto bassa dell\u2019IA. Questo perch\u00e9, almeno per ora, gran parte delle mansioni in questi settori sono difficilmente digitalizzabili o non traggono benefici immediati dall\u2019adozione dell\u2019IA generativa.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"collaboration-not-replacement\"><strong>Collaborazione, non sostituzione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 interessante notare che,<strong> secondo gli ultimi dati, solo il 43%<\/strong> delle attivit\u00e0 supportate dall\u2019IA vengono automatizzate completamente,<strong> mentre nel 57% dei casi<\/strong>, l\u2019intelligenza artificiale collabora attivamente con l\u2019essere umano.
