Un dato che testimonia interesse forte delle aziende verso le potenzialit\u00e0 dell\u2019AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondo l\u2019Osservatorio Artificial Intelligence del Politecnico di Milano, l' <strong>81%<\/strong> delle grandi aziende italiane ha gi\u00e0 avviato o sta valutando progetti di intelligenza artificiale.<br>Tuttavia, l\u2019Italia si posiziona all\u2019ultimo posto tra i Paesi analizzati per quanto riguarda la percentuale di aziende con almeno un progetto AI attivo <strong>(59%)<\/strong>, segnale che molte realt\u00e0 sono ancora in fase di esplorazione o sperimentazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1594\" height=\"882\" src=\"https:\/\/neodatagroup.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/AI-polimi-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10607\" style=\"width:614px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"generative-ai-driving-the-new-ai-wave\"><strong>GenAI: il motore della nuova ondata AI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Una delle principali forze trainanti di questa evoluzione \u00e8 la Generative AI, che nel 2024 ha rappresentato il <strong>43% <\/strong>del mercato, con soluzioni innovative o integrate in progetti ibridi. Il restante <strong>57%<\/strong> \u00e8 ancora dominato dall\u2019AI tradizionale, con applicazioni consolidate come machine learning, sistemi di raccomandazione, riconoscimento vocale e visivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I progetti ibridi \u2013 che fondono tecnologie GenAI con soluzioni AI tradizionali \u2013 sono particolarmente diffusi nei sistemi di Text Analysis e Recommendation, dove rappresentano rispettivamente il <strong>90%<\/strong> e <strong>50%<\/strong> delle iniziative.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"most-common-ai-applications-in-italy\"><strong>Le applicazioni pi\u00f9 diffuse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data Exploration, Prediction &amp; Optimization (34%):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> sistemi avanzati per la previsione della domanda, l\u2019ottimizzazione logistica e il rilevamento delle frodi in tempo reale.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Text Analysis, Classification &amp; Conversational Systems (32%):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> in forte crescita (+86% rispetto al 2023), grazie all\u2019impulso della GenAI. Questi sistemi migliorano la gestione dei dati non strutturati e l\u2019interazione uomo-macchina tramite chatbot e assistenti virtuali.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recommendation Systems (17%):<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> potenziati dalla GenAI per comprendere il contesto semantico delle interazioni, sono fondamentali in settori come e-commerce e media, migliorando l\u2019esperienza utente attraverso suggerimenti personalizzati.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"adoption-trends-a-twospeed-italy\"><strong>Adozione: un\u2019Italia a due velocit\u00e0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Il <strong>25% <\/strong>delle grandi aziende italiane dichiara di avere progettualit\u00e0 AI diffuse e a regime \u2013 una percentuale superiore a quella di Germania (20%), Regno Unito (18%) e Francia (16%) \u2013 nelle PMI l\u2019adozione resta limitata: solo il<strong> 7%<\/strong> delle piccole imprese e il<strong> 15%<\/strong> di quelle medie ha avviato iniziative AI.<br>Il divario \u00e8 spesso legato a barriere economiche e alla carenza di competenze interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonostante ci\u00f2, alcuni settori, come il manifatturiero, iniziano a cogliere i benefici dell\u2019AI, sfruttandola per la manutenzione predittiva e l\u2019ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"genai-and-productivity-early-results\"><strong>GenAI e produttivit\u00e0: primi risultati concreti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 <strong>(53%)<\/strong> delle grandi aziende italiane ha acquistato strumenti di GenAI pronti all\u2019uso \u2013 come ChatGPT o Microsoft Copilot \u2013 superando in adozione Francia, Germania e Regno Unito.<br>Il<strong> 39%<\/strong> di queste aziende ha registrato un aumento della produttivit\u00e0, mentre oltre il <strong>40%<\/strong> ha gi\u00e0 pubblicato linee guida per l\u2019uso responsabile della GenAI. Il <strong>17% <\/strong>, invece, ha scelto di vietare l\u2019utilizzo di tool non autorizzati.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sector-focus-whos-investing-the-most\"><strong>Focus settoriale: chi investe di pi\u00f9?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>I settori con I settori con la spesa media pi\u00f9 alta in AI sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Telco &amp; Media<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banking &amp; Finance<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy, Resource &amp; Utility<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui l\u2019AI \u00e8 utilizzata per automatizzare processi, migliorare il customer service, prevenire frodi e ottimizzare operazioni complesse.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ethics-and-regulation-a-long-road-ahead\"><strong>Etica e AI Act: una strada ancora lunga<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Solo il <strong>28%<\/strong> delle imprese italiane ha avviato iniziative concrete legate all\u2019etica dell\u2019AI, mentre il <strong>52%<\/strong> dichiara di non avere una chiara comprensione del quadro normativo previsto dall\u2019AI Act.<br>\u00c8 un segnale che indica quanto sia fondamentale accompagnare la crescita tecnologica con una maggiore consapevolezza normativa e culturale.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusion\"><strong>Conclusioni<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Intelligenza Artificiale in Italia mostra segnali promettenti, con una crescita solida trainata dalla Generative AI e da una parte del tessuto imprenditoriale pronto a investire e innovare.<br>Tuttavia, rimangono sfide significative da affrontare \u2013 in particolare sul fronte normativo, culturale e infrastrutturale \u2013 per garantire una trasformazione digitale inclusiva, sostenibile e pienamente integrata nei processi aziendali.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian AI market continues its upward trajectory, reaching a value of \u20ac1.2 billion in 2024\u2014a 58% increase over the previous year.
