Perch\u00e9 questo divario?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebbene il potenziale dell\u2019AI sia enorme, i ritorni a breve termine rimangono incerti. Il nuovo report di McKinsey, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/mckinsey-digital\/our-insights\/superagency-in-the-workplace-empowering-people-to-unlock-ais-full-potential-at-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>\u201cSuperagency in the Workplace\u201d<\/em><\/a> analizza come le aziende possano sfruttare l\u2019AI per amplificare <strong>l\u2019human agency<\/strong>\u2014ovvero la capacit\u00e0 di agire in modo proattivo e trasformativo nel proprio contesto di lavoro\u2014e sbloccare nuovi livelli di creativit\u00e0 e produttivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ai-in-the-workplace-leaders-underestimate-its-adoption\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AI in azienda: i leader ne sottovalutano l\u2019adozione reale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cLa nostra ricerca rileva che il pi\u00f9 grande ostacolo alla scalabilit\u00e0 non \u00e8 rappresentato dai dipendenti, che sono pronti, ma i leader, che non sono abbastanza veloci nel guidare le aziende\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondo il report di McKinsey , quasi tutti i dipendenti<strong> 94% <\/strong>e i leader C-suite <strong>99%<\/strong> dichiarano di conoscere gli strumenti di AI. Tuttavia, i dirigenti tendono a sottostimare l\u2019uso effettivo della gen AI da parte del proprio team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I leader stimano che solo il <strong>4%<\/strong> dei dipendenti utilizzi l\u2019AI generativa per almeno il<strong> 30%<\/strong> del proprio lavoro quotidiano, mentre la realt\u00e0 \u00e8 ben diversa: la percentuale \u00e8 tre volte superiore. Per dare un\u2019idea del ritmo straordinario di adozione, basti pensare che Internet ha impiegato quasi un decennio per raggiungere una diffusione simile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non sorprende, quindi, che la maggior parte dei dipendenti si dichiari ottimista sulle potenzialit\u00e0 dell\u2019AI. Ma l\u2019ottimismo da solo non basta. <strong>Il 47% dei dirigenti C-level ritiene che la propria organizzazione stia implementando l\u2019AI generativa troppo lentamente<\/strong>, con il <strong>divario di competenze<\/strong> come principale ostacolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siamo a un punto di svolta. Se l\u2019euforia iniziale attorno all\u2019AI sta lasciando spazio a una fase pi\u00f9 pragmatica, la tecnologia continua a evolversi con una rapidit\u00e0 impressionante. I leader pi\u00f9 lungimiranti stanno gi\u00e0 tracciando la strada: <strong>il 25% ha definito una roadmap per l\u2019AI generativa<\/strong>, mentre oltre <strong>il 50% sta affinando la propria strategia<\/strong>. Ma in un contesto in cui il cambiamento \u00e8 costante, i piani devono essere flessibili e adattabili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vera sfida? Fare <strong>scelte chiare e strategiche<\/strong> sulle opportunit\u00e0 da perseguire. Il successo non dipender\u00e0 solo dalla tecnologia, ma dalla capacit\u00e0 dei leader di creare <strong>un ecosistema collaborativo<\/strong> tra team, colleghi e partner per trasformare il potenziale dell\u2019AI in un vantaggio concreto e misurabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ai-is-still-an-investment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019AI \u00e8 ancora un investimento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molte aziende hanno adottato l\u2019AI, ma i ritorni attesi tardano ad arrivare. <strong>Il 50% dei C-level<\/strong> afferma che i propri progetti AI sono ancora in fase di sviluppo o espansione, nonostante <strong>oltre due terzi<\/strong> abbiano avviato i primi casi d\u2019uso pi\u00f9 di un anno fa. Il problema? <strong>Strategie deboli e ambizioni poco audaci<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019AI ha <strong>un enorme potenziale economico<\/strong>, soprattutto in vendite, marketing, customer service, R&amp;D, ma proprio qui l\u2019entusiasmo dei dipendenti \u00e8 tiepido. Timori <strong>occupazionali? Esperienze poco convincenti?<\/strong> Qualunque sia la causa, <strong>diventa importante investire nel coinvolgimento delle persone tanto quanto nella tecnologia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nonostante le sfide, <strong>l\u201987% degli executive prevede una crescita del fatturato grazie all\u2019AI nei prossimi tre anni<\/strong>. Per capitalizzare questa opportunit\u00e0, non basta <strong>seguire il trend<\/strong>: serve una <strong>visione trasformativa<\/strong> e un focus su <strong>applicazioni pratiche<\/strong> in grado di creare un vantaggio competitivo duraturo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ai-adoption-requires-real-transformation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Serve una trasformazione reale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019intelligenza artificiale rappresenta una <strong>leva di crescita senza precedenti<\/strong>: quasi <strong>il 90% dei leader aziendali<\/strong> prevede un aumento dei ricavi grazie all\u2019AI nei prossimi tre anni.
